Shipping Policy
Made to order. Every print is produced individually when you order it — nothing sits in a warehouse. Please allow the following timeframes:
- Open edition prints (Small and Medium): produced and dispatched within 5–7 business days.
- Limited edition prints (Large): each piece is printed, inspected, individually numbered and signed before dispatch. Please allow 10–14 business days. We think it's worth the wait.
Delivery. Once dispatched, delivery within Australia typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location. All artwork is shipped in protective packaging designed for fine art — framed pieces travel in reinforced boxes with corner protection, and every order includes tracking, which is emailed to you at dispatch.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on size and destination. Large framed pieces are heavy and fragile, and shipping is priced accordingly — we don't mark up freight.
International orders. We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days after dispatch), and any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. For large framed international orders, contact us before purchasing at joel@imageryhaus.com and we'll quote shipping for your destination.
Damaged in transit. Despite careful packaging, transit damage occasionally happens. If your print arrives damaged, email us at joel@imageryhaus.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the artwork and packaging, and we'll replace it at no cost — for limited editions, your replacement retains your edition number.
Refund Policy
Our promise. If your print arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right — with a replacement, repair, or full refund, as you prefer. Just email joel@imageryhaus.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. This is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which this policy does not limit or exclude.
Change of mind. Because every piece is printed to order specifically for you, we don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose your size and finish carefully. If you're unsure how a piece will suit your space, contact us before ordering — we're happy to help with sizing advice or additional photos.
Limited editions. Limited edition prints are individually numbered and cannot be exchanged for a different edition number.
Colour note. Every screen displays colour differently. We colour-manage all printing to professional standards, and minor variation between your monitor and the finished print is normal and not considered a defect.
Faulty items. If a product has a genuine defect in materials or workmanship, you're entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law regardless of the timeframes above. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
